2. What data we collect

2.1. When you place an order through the form on the Site, we collect only what we need to fulfil it:

• your name;
• your phone number;
• your email address;
• your preferred contact method, and your Telegram username if you choose Telegram;
• your delivery address: country, city, street address and postal code;
• the contents of your order and any comment you add.

2.2. We do not collect payment card details on the Site. Payment is arranged separately after your order is confirmed.

2.3. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

3.1. We process your data to perform our contract with you: to confirm your order, to contact you about it, to calculate shipping and to arrange international delivery.

3.2. Where we rely on your consent — for example, the consent checkbox in the order form, or analytics cookies — you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place lawfully.

3.3. We may also process data where we have a legitimate interest in keeping records of orders, or where we are required to do so by law.

4. How long we keep your data

• order processing and customer contact — up to 30 days after the order is completed;
• delivery details shared with the carrier — for the duration of the delivery;
• order history kept to resolve possible disputes — no longer than 3 years.

Once the retention period ends, the data is deleted.

5.1. The Site uses essential cookies that are required for it to work, and analytics cookies that help us understand how the Site is used.

• Google LLC — stores order records in Google Sheets. Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
• Telegram Messenger Inc. — delivers order notifications to us. Policy: telegram.org/privacy
• Shipping carriers — receive your name, phone number and delivery address for the sole purpose of delivering your order.

6.2. We never sell your personal data and never share it for third-party marketing.

6.3. We may disclose data where we are legally required to do so.

7. International transfers

7.1. Because we ship worldwide and use international service providers, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including outside the EEA.

7.2. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected in transit and at rest, including transmitting all data over HTTPS.
